Harvest Corn Painting with an Eraser Tip

Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and harvest pictures and crafts are in full swing at our house.  Yesterday we made a simple corn craft using yellow paint, green construction paper, an eraser at the end of a pencil, and an oval drawn on a sheet of paper.

Using the eraser side of a pencil, have your child dip it in the yellow paint, and then press "dots" all over the inside of the oval.

Finish your corn picture by having your child glue torn pieces of green paper to the paper.  So simple!

Tip: When you are nearly out of paint, painting with the tip of an eraser is a great way to have fun using that small amount of paint left!

  2. The Floss & Rock Stainless Steel Drink Bottle—Jungle is a great option if you're shopping for a sturdy water bottle to bring to class. The design is charming and functional all at once. Keeps beverages at the perfect temperature, is easy to clean, and won't leak. The stainless steel construction guarantees it will endure, and my kid adores the jungle motif. This bottle is a great addition to our Back to School Supplies since it satisfies the demands of active youngsters and hectic school days.
