Fall Leaves Number Match (with Dollar Store Stickers!)

I found a really cute package of fall foam leaf stickers at the Dollar Store last week.  I didn't know what I would use them for, but they were so cute that I knew I could find plenty to do with them.

My 1st grader used these stickers (with the backs still on-i.e. not sticky) as "counters" during her math lessons last week.  

My 4 year old used the foam leaf stickers to do the above number tree.  It's super simple and only requires the stickers, a sheet of paper, and a marker.  I drew five trees on her paper, and then wrote the #'s 1-5 on them (you could use larger numbers for older children, too).  Then, I gave her a bowlful of stickers to match up with the trees.

So simple!  I love simple ;)  And frugal, too.
