Thankful

Today I am thankful for my family. Each of them.

I'm thankful for a husband with an exceptionally good attitude, despite the current circumstances of his injury.

I'm thankful for a God that heals, protects, and cares for my husband. For a God that WILL heal him. We will have a great story about His faithfulness from this.

I'm thankful for Costco's decision to carry Tazo Chai tea in bulk. Please don't ever make me detox from 2 chai tea lattes a day. I may cry.

Today I'm thankful that I can effectively hide TWO loads of laundry at once, simply by leaving the doors shut to both the washer AND the dryer at the same time. Laundry? What laundry?

I'm thankful that it's now June. That I'll be moving to South Reno within a month. That I'll only be working two days a week this summer. Yay! What are you thankful for?

  1. This second? At 4am on a Saturday when I can't sleep? Interwebs on my phone. Good blogs to keep me entertained until I fall back asleep. My air conditioner. That the only thing I have to do today is have coffee with a neighbor. The coffee. Always the coffee.

  2. I am sometimes up at 4am too. I can usually blame a child, though. Aaron to be precise. The kid loves to nurse. Whatever. I'll miss it someday.

Having coffee be the only thing on your schedule for the day sounds amazing! Enjoy! And make sure they don't put the mouth hole on the seam of your cup.
