Weekly Menu Plan 2/13

Here are the meals on this week's menu plan:

Breakfasts:
Snacks:
Dinners:
  • Goat Cheese and Sundried Tomato Raviolis
  • Crockpot-Black Bean & Salsa Chicken, shredded & used for tacos (make a double batch & freeze half)
  • Lasagna (from my freezer-made 2 weeks ago)
  • Crockpot-Honey Mustard Chicken
  • Quesadillas & Homemade Tomato Soup (freeze half of the soup)
  • Leftovers
I don't plan lunches because some of us are at work, school, or home.  I usually make the kids a sandwich if they're going to school, I take leftovers or a salad to work, and Ben will make something at home. :)
