- Goat Cheese and Sundried Tomato Raviolis
- Crockpot-Black Bean & Salsa Chicken, shredded & used for tacos (make a double batch & freeze half)
- Lasagna (from my freezer-made 2 weeks ago)
- Crockpot-Honey Mustard Chicken
- Quesadillas & Homemade Tomato Soup (freeze half of the soup)
- Leftovers
